Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate schedules for HVAC installers, IAQ technicians.
- Dispatch Installer to job sites.
- Confirm appointments by calling the customers.
- Order equipment to ensure availability for installations.
- Prepare permit paperwork in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Submit permit requests via online systems, fax, and/or in person.
- Create and maintain Microsoft Excel files to track permit status.
- Process job closeouts.

Qualifications
- Must have prior office administration work experience (construction industry preferred).
- An understanding of air conditioning, heating, electrical and/or plumbing is a plus!
- Phone-based customer service experience desired.
- Must be computer literate; experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to represent our company with city officials.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
