Responsibilities
In this role, you would work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores where you speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and how we can be a HUGE BENEFIT to them. Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up and one of our industry experts will take over from there!
Salary – BASE PAY starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience and interview. ADDITIONALLY we have a LUCRATIVE bonus and commission plan where you can earn $30 or more per hour on average. Bonus and Commission are paid out with weekly paychecks.
Locations - Eldersburg, MD & Randallstown, MD
Schedule – Fulltime positions open. Weekends and some holidays are required.

Qualifications
- Ability to work independently, representing our brand inside of our partner retail locations
- Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will certainly work in place of experience
- Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed
- All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment screenings
