Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to recommend HVAC system upgrades.
- Leverage provided, high-quality leads to drive revenue—NO Cold Calling!
- Educate homeowners on heating, cooling, and air quality solutions.
- Offer financing options to make home comfort solutions more accessible.
- Manage the entire sales process from consultation to closing.
- Collaborate with expert installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- 2 years of in-home sales experience required (HVAC, Solar, Windows, Roofing, or similar).
- Proven success in closing high-ticket sales and meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to build trust, explain value, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to maximize sales opportunities.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
