Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Lead Generators to achieve branch goals through effective management of performance, schedules, and activities.
- Recruit, interview, and select talented Sales Lead Generators to join our team.
- Conduct regular meetings to inform, educate, and motivate team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and role-playing sessions to enhance customer approach, objection handling, and lead setting skills.
- Foster positive relationships with retail store personnel and area management to drive collaboration and support.
- Ensure compliance with store signage requirements and facilitate planned store events.
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for store associates and department heads regularly.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of demonstrated sales experience with management responsibilities.
- Service industry experience and HVAC knowledge are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work a five-day workweek, including weekends.
- Relevant experience or advanced training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR.
