Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative/ Cold Caller to sell home warranties! This role is essential in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Qualify, prioritize, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating knowledge of our offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and report on sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing preferably in inside or outbound sales, with a proven track record of one call close deals.
- Proven results exceeding sales targets.
- Professional and clear verbal communication.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Able to stay calm, positive, and professional through every step of the sales process.
- A desire to achieve financial success and grow within the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions.
- A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Handle 100-250 dials per day
- Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
Compensation:
Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have an endless earning potential with uncapped commissions and the ability to earn six-figures! This position pays a competitive hourly rate with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. The average annual earnings are $70,000 and the top Sales Reps earn over $100,000 annually. Base pay and commissions paid weekly. The average weekly commissions are $700!
Shift: We operate Monday through Saturday 8am-8pm. You will be scheduled 5 days a week at 40 hours. (Overtime may be available).
Location: This position will be required to be in the office in Boca Raton, Florida for the first 90 days. After the 90 day onboarding this position can work remote.
