Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on outbound calling, build customer relationships, and close sales. As a key member of our team, you will actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales (80%): Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services, qualify leads, and drive sales.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
- Sales Execution: Present and demonstrate product offerings persuasively, overcoming objections and closing sales effectively.
- Follow-Up: Schedule and perform follow-up calls with prospects and customers to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (outbound sales experience preferred). At least 1 year of call center sales experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Resilient and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary ($16 per hour/ $33,280 per year) plus commissions and performance-based bonuses(average of $700 per week).

Shift:
We operate Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturdays 8am-5pm. You will be assigned a shift within these times at a minimum of 40 hours per week. You must be available to work all hours of operations. Scheduled based on business needs.

This position is located in a call center in Boca Raton, Florida.
More about the position:
- Handle 100-250 dials per day
- Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
- Use a dialer system for outbound and inbound calling
- Understand customer needs and requirements by following scripts and advising customers on our warranty plans
- Close sales in one call and achieve quotas
- Be a contributing member of the Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Develop a complete understanding of our products and industry.
- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time.
- Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity; uphold organizational values.
- Must have a strong phone presence
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Must be able to pass a background check and qualify for a Florida Telemarking license
- Bilingual (Fluent Spanish Speakers) preferred
