Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Program Operations Manager to oversee the implementation and onboarding process for the DASH Job Management System. This role will primarily focus on ensuring that the project stays on track, deadlines are met, and communication flows smoothly between our company and the DASH team. The ideal candidate will ensure that user training and system adoption proceed as planned and that any issues are swiftly addressed, making them the central point of coordination for the DASH implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Timeline Management:
- Work closely with the DASH team to ensure that the onboarding, training, and data migration processes are progressing according to schedule.
- Track milestones, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure that the project remains on time and within scope.
- Coordinate the internal team’s involvement in the DASH implementation process and ensure that all parties are aligned on project timelines.

Facilitate Communication Between Company & DASH Team:
- Act as the primary liaison between your company and the DASH team, ensuring clear communication and the timely exchange of information.
- Ensure any issues or roadblocks identified by the DASH team or internal teams are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Relay any feedback, questions, or concerns from internal teams to the DASH team, ensuring appropriate follow-up and action.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, updates, and any changes related to the DASH implementation.

Onboarding & Training Support:
- Ensure that internal teams are prepared and ready for training sessions led by the DASH team.
- Coordinate the scheduling of training sessions, ensuring that all relevant team members are available and informed.
- Track user progress through the training process, ensuring that individuals or teams are completing training modules on time.
- Ensure that any follow-up actions from DASH’s training are completed promptly by the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Monitor Implementation Progress:
- Track key metrics related to system adoption, including user engagement, training completion, and data migration progress.
- Flag any delays, challenges, or roadblocks to senior management and work with both the internal team and DASH to address them quickly.
- Ensure that all necessary internal stakeholders are kept up to date on project progress and any actions required from them.

Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loop:
- Gather feedback from internal teams on the implementation process and communicate this to the DASH team to help improve the system and user experience.
- Provide insights to the DASH team regarding user needs and help prioritize system features or updates that may improve efficiency or effectiveness.
- Suggest improvements in the onboarding or training process based on user feedback and observed outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain documentation related to the DASH implementation process, including timelines, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Regularly report to management on the status of the onboarding and training process, highlighting key milestones, risks, and resolutions.
- Ensure that all necessary action items are documented and tracked to completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, coordination, or operational oversight, ideally in a software implementation or onboarding environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in managing or coordinating training processes, even if not directly responsible for training delivery.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and communication platforms.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to address challenges and keep projects on track.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective information exchange.
- Familiarity with software systems and the implementation process (experience with DASH Job Management is a plus but not required).
- Ability to track and report on project progress, identify potential risks, and resolve issues quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
