We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representatives in the mitigation and restoration industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other key referral partners.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, leadership, and the restoration/mitigation industry, with a strong ability to motivate, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
✅ Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance targets for the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
✅ Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives specializing in mitigation services.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and ride-alongs to ensure effective field sales execution.
✅ Client Relationship Management & Business Development
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial property owners, and contractors.
- Drive new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand presence.
✅ Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Ensure CRM tools are used effectively for lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
✔ Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales and sales management, preferably in the restoration, mitigation, or construction industry.
✔ Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for coaching and developing sales professionals.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Ability to analyze sales data, develop strategies, and drive measurable results.
✔ Knowledge of insurance claims, mitigation services (water, fire, mold, storm damage), and industry best practices is a plus.
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
✔ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
Competitive Base Salary of $69,305.60 commission/bonuses based on performance. 1% of Mitigation Gross Revenue generated by direct report Sales Representative.
