Summary Uses analytical and advanced knowledge of computer systems to develop workflow documents and implement a process of both coursework and on-the-job training for all areas of the plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Develop workflow documents for all workcenters in the plant on process steps of how to report production, make inventory movements, and report non-conforming material movements.
- implementation of a training process to ensure operations are knowledgeable of workflow documents and able to demonstrate ability to perform the tasks required of the documentation. This training process will need to include a combination of classroom and hands on training to obtain the desired results of the objective based training.
- Full traceability and accountability for the creation of documentation, execution of the training, effectiveness of the training, and recordkeeping on the signoff and certification of all workflow documents in the Plex ERP system.
- Continuous upkeep of system workflow documents and training records. Do so in a manner which balances the needs of manufacturing for timely and effective implementation.
- Implement small- and large-scale periodic review of documents, through proper organization of the system. Follow up on actions to ensure workflow matches actual steps of the process and how it is being utilized in the manufacturing process.
- Continuous improvements of software systems as well as standard practices - across all departments.
- Use programming computer skills to develop a range of programs, as required by different departments at ARV, that fall outside the parameters and/or capabilities of the ERP system and the lT department. Develop programs ranging from simple reports or tools.
- Implement Engineering Changes Notices and Processes Change Requests in the system and the workflow documentation, being mindful of effect of any changes on system flow, job routing, inventory value, inventory relabeling or quarantine.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) equivalent and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Plex ERP System required.
- Expertise in use of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
