**Qualifications:**
- Registered nurse with current state licensure or licensed physician
- Degree in Medicine or Bachelor’s in Nursing from an NLN-accredited program; Master’s in healthcare preferred
- Meet qualifications through detailed experience criteria
- Knowledge and proficiency in clinical decision-making and Quality Management
- Familiarity with home health regulations and value-based care models
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Effective communication and marketing abilities
- Understanding of business management, regulatory standards, and CHAP standards
