West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Come join our team and start making a difference! Job Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Duties :
- Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
- Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders. Qualifications :
- LVN or RN License is required.
- Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed! We are currently seeking FULLTIME DAY LVN / RNs to join our team! Pay : $30 - $40 (base hourly rate) Shift :
- Day Shift : 6am-6pm
- Rotation (3-4 shifts a week) MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LVN OR RN LICENSE. West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful 125-Bed skilled nursing facility tucked away on a beautiful private land preserve right off Slaughter / Brodie! Benefits :
