Job Title: Material Applicator II
Location: Arlington, TN
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:
The Material Applicator II is responsible for applying coatings and using precision tools to ensure the accuracy of materials applied to industrial parts. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to train on the 1st shift. Experience with coating/spraying or welding is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply coatings to parts using appropriate tools and processes.
- Operate and maintain spraying and coating equipment.
- Ensure proper calibration of precision instruments, such as calipers and micrometers.
- Monitor the coating process to ensure accuracy according to print specifications.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines during the coating and material application process.
Job Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Experience with coating, spraying, or welding is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of using precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is a plus.
- Willingness to train on 1st shift.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
