The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This includes coordinating daily production schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
- Release and print daily production orders, including BOMs and prints.
- Manage production scheduling in coordination with management.
- Monitor visual scheduling boards and workflows to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Qualifications:
- A degree or certificate in Business Administration or Office Administration is preferred.
- 5 years of office administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP software is highly preferred.
