- Identify a list of prospective new clients to work on initially.
- Introduce the company and yourself to those prospective clients.
- Determine the level of “fit” between American Roofing and each prospective client
- If appropriate, seek the opportunity to work with prospective clients on a few projects so that they can experience first-hand what working with American Roofing offers them.
- Continue to draw them in until we are their preferred roofing contractor.
- Continually seek prospective new clients to develop.
- The company’s estimators and sales administration personnel will support the successful candidate.
- The successful candidate will be trained and mentored by the Cincinnati Team.
- A proven track record of success in a complex sales process.
- Business to Business sales background.
- A strategic thinker who can quickly distill their strategic thinking into actionable tactics they can implement in the market to gain new business.
- Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with a wide range of people, from roofing laborers to CEOs of our customers’ companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator in person, in writing, and over the phone.
- Values a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Can convey their trustworthiness to prospective customers quickly.
- Capable of taking the initiative on what activities you will work on each day, week, and month within the company's boundaries.
- Is comfortable working with a laptop and mobile devices.
- Has a good working knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
- Is team-spirited and can work alone.
