Job Description
The candidate must have 5 years’ experience in the solar industry, including experience installing commercial and residential projects. The candidate must also provide project oversight, managing install crews, executing project plans, and keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, and schedules.
Responsibilities
They are responsible for the management of solar projects, residential and commercial. Including rooftop instillation and ground mounts. Communication, quality of work, and keeping projects on time and on budget are paramount.
- Planning: Review project plans and provide industry knowledge on equipment needed, materials needed, and crew management.
- Communication: Timely communication with all involved parties.
- Managing project sites – keeping sites clean and all necessary permits secured
- Assessing risks: Assessing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring progress: Monitoring project progress and adjusting resources as needed.
- Ensure projects adhere to all safety and quality standards.
- Manage install crews, acting as a Foreman on job sites
Salary: 1099 Position
