Job Description: Are you looking for a new career with opportunities for growth? We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level/PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Technicians. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to get you started on a path to a rewarding career. Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with potential growth to $30 per hour as you gain experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections on new and pre-owned RVs to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Install RV accessories and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
- Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure all RV components function correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
- Install Fifth Wheel and Weight Distribution Hitches
- Wiring of tow vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of RVs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about RV features and functions.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary – we provide all necessary training internally and through RVIA Certification Training.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
