Customer Service Route Sales Representative

As a Customer Service Route Sales Representative, you will work independently while managing an established client base and expanding into new business opportunities. This role offers a balance of service and sales, where your efforts ensure customer satisfaction and fuel company growth.
What You’ll Do
Client Service & Delivery:
- Provide outstanding service while delivering products to existing clients.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional service at each visit.
Sales & Business Development:
- Build relationships with current clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Expand your customer base by actively pursuing business development leads.
Inventory & Territory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure clients are always well-stocked.
- Stay on schedule while managing your assigned territory efficiently.
Key Qualifications
What It Takes to Succeed:
- Previous B2B sales experience is ideal.
- Previous Route experience is ideal.
- Retail or field sales experience is highly valued.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while staying self-motivated.
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
