Compensation: $25.00 per hour after training period / $18.00 per hr. to start during training period
Expected Training Period: 3-4 weeks
Employment Type: Full-Time
Looking to hire immediately, no weekends, guaranteed 40 hours per week, 1 hour for lunch
We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to become an integral part of our team!
You will help coordinate outgoing shipment activities to include but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders from email (Microsoft Outlook)
- Data entry into our Inventory/ Shipping system
- Book delivery appointments over the phone.
- Assist customers with shipping needs
- Answer phones
- Invoice customers
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping and/or logistics preferred but not mandatory
- Coach-able individual that enjoys a challenge
- Typing Speed at 40 WPM
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual individual
- Customer oriented focus
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Program
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
