Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retirement Plan Specialist at American Senior Benefits. The specialist will be responsible for retirement planning, working with qualified retirement plans, defined contribution, 403(b) plans, and finance. The role is based in Crown Point, IN, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Retirement Planning and Finance skills
- Expertise in Qualified Retirement Plans and 403(b) Plans
- Experience with Defined Contribution plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Finance-related certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
