Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Wichita, KS. The role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, training clients and team members, and managing sales operations. The specialist will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer the best insurance solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training team members or clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business ir related field is a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
