Armed Security Officer- Monday to Friday DAY SHIFT

If you possess these qualities, then a career in security may be for you! American Sentry Security is currently seeking professional, armed security officers for Dodge City, KS . Posts is indoors, office complex, on government property. Post is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Positions are full or part time with all shifts available. Hours may be extended during holidays and special sales events.

Minimum Qualifications for an Guard:

• ability to demonstrate proficiency with firearms
• current state Security License, or ability to obtain such
• must be at least 21 yrs of age
• must have at least a high school diploma or GED
• must be able to provide your own firearm (.38-.45 revolver or .380-9mm)
• be able to pass extensive background check (no felonies or major misdemeanors) and random drug screens
• possess a cellphone capable of supporting our timekeeping app

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year of experience in armed or unarmed security
• Military background
• Law enforcement or corrections experience
