Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Benefits Eligible
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Schedule: Hourly (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Overview
The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling essential administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to complete sales paperwork and process change orders, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities.
- Send out daily emails to sales representatives to address open sales, contract issues, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Work closely with other departments to support sales operations.
- Handle administrative correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, and perform general office duties as assigned to ensure smooth office functions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales to support the overall efficiency of the sales team.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in office administration is required.
