- Production & installation of interior and exterior signs, environmental graphics
- Organize & maintain all environments you work in a SAFE, clean and orderly fashion
- Document all activities, track and order material supplies & inventory
- Perform site visits
- Grasp of technology with good computer skills & experience with Microsoft products
- Operate in house equipment such as roll to roll printers, flat bed printers, UV printers, lasers, CNC machines
- Operate general construction trade tools & equipment for cutting, sizing & joining
- Fabricate signs by working with materials such as: acrylic, wood, PVC, metal, vinyl and so on.
- Paint mixing & painting Signs
- Help achieve the goals of our clients and our team
- Some Project Management & Customer Service
- Willingness to continually grow, learn new skills, techniques, and technologies
- Wear a lot of different hats
- Above all else: great attitude, excellent communicator & a positive team player
- Coach-ability
- Experience as a Sign Maker & Installation Professional or related field
- Thorough understanding of industry substrates & sign types
- Background in vinyl application & creation
- Large format digital printing & software
- Really good general carpentry & trade skills
- Experience in Adobe Suite & RIP software is helpful but not required
- Experience with various industry machines use for all types of fabrication
