Qualifications
- Manage and lead a team of 20 production floor employees across paint, metal fabrication, and general assembly.
- Proven experience in production management, scheduling, or operations supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, JobBOSS, or similar) for production planning and scheduling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to analyze production metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
