We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee our lawn Care maintenance team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality lawn care and landscape maintenance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various tasks, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Train team members on proper techniques for maintaining gardens, irrigating plants, and building landscape features.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure it meets company standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of tree care practices and irrigation systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
