Mowing Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various landscaping practices. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to mowing, landscape maintenance, including hardscaping, irrigation, tree care, and general groundskeeping. As a Crew Member, you will play an essential role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Carry out groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Conduct tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, tree care, and garden management is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely is essential.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
