Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Perfusionist to join a team of 6 perfusionists performing neonatal, pediatric, and adult congenital cardiac surgeries including transplants and ventricular assist devices. This is a new position. The volume of cases is currently 350 cases and growing. The perfusion team is tasked with supporting the mechanical assist program when needed. The team participates in clinical instruction and is dedicated to developing the future of perfusion. As a team, we are focused on quality improvement as well as supporting each other to grow in areas of professional interest.
