In this full-time agency role, you’ll play a key part in designing exceptional work across digital and traditional media, with a strong focus on B2B bespoke WordPress website design and digital marketing.About YouYou have experience in and thrive in a fast-paced creative agency environment, juggling multiple projects while delivering top-notch designs.You’re skilled in website / digital design, print, PowerPoint presentations, and motion graphics as a plus.You have a strong understanding of B2B design needs and experience creating work that resonates with business audiences.You value collaboration and thrive in a supportive, agile team environment where creativity and quality are paramount.You are a constant learner and take design beyond the average web page or print piece.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality designs across mediums, including digital, print, and presentations.Design custom WordPress websites that are responsive, ADA-compliant, and aligned with client goals.Design and optimize user interfaces with a focus on usability and functionality for websites and digital platforms, while working within the overall brand creative concept.Participate in brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution, designing work that maintains a strategic thread from concept to delivery.Stay ahead of design trends, integrating fresh ideas and tools like AI into your work.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.8 years of agency experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and traditional design work for business audiences (B2B).Expertise in bespoke WordPress design, with demonstrated experience designing multiple, responsive B2B websites.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with UX / UI design principles.Familiarity with WCAG standards for ADA-compliant design.Knowledge of general business, marketing, and advertising principles / practices.Experience in developing brand identities, including logo design, visual identity systems, and brand guidelines.Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.Experience with PowerPoint presentation design, motion graphics, video, and working knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and solutions.Ability to travel occasionally (estimated up to 5%).Additional Information : No relocation offered for this position.Salary Range and Compensation Considerations : $85,000–$110,000The salary range for this position reflects several factors, including the market rate, budgetary considerations, internal equity, and the employee’s background, experience, and qualifications.
