Job Title : Education Programs Administrator II – Faculty Relations and Operations
FLSA : Non-Exempt

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to : Conference and Symposia Education Manager
Supervises : None
BASIC FUNCTION
Provides critical cross-departmental program support for the successful planning and execution of educational program activities. Increases overall operational efficiency of the Education Department and works to streamline processes where appropriate. Acts as an essential point of contact for faculty and other stakeholders in the program planning process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manages all aspects of faculty relations for educational programming. Maintains compliance with ACCME standards in the execution of this suite of duties.
- Applies decision making skills to advise committee leaders, program managers and other stakeholders on scheduling, composition and other aspects of programming needs. Actively mitigates against schedule conflict issues.
- Utilizes excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as primary point of contact between the Society and educational program faculty. This includes but is not limited to the resolution of complex faculty inquiries, using problem solving and decision making capabilities.
- Responsible for the administration of specialty lecture programs including working with nominating groups for the identification of the speaker(s) and applying all faculty relations tasks.
- Ensures adherence to medical education accreditation standards through identification of potential risk and provision of insightful and compliant guidance for faculty.
- Responsible for developing meaningful outcomes and faculty feedback reports applying good judgement to deliver constructive criticism and filter comments. Disseminates the evaluation data to stakeholders, including but not limited to committee leaders, individual faculty members, and key staff.
- Manages the completion of all post event responsibilities, including but not limited to faculty travel reimbursements in accordance with the respective program faculty letters of agreement and eligible reimbursement levels.
OTHER DUTIES
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Associates degree preferred.
Experience : Two years of related experience. Medical association and / or ACCME experience a plus.
Certifications : Not required, but desirable.
