Role Overview
Summary of Job : NorthStar is now hiring a fellowship trained Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join this fantastic team. Join a stable team of Anesthesiologists and do all of your own cases. Fast paced, high acuity, and diverse case mix with very competitive salary and benefit package.
Cases : General Pediatric, Neonatal, Orthopedic, Urologic, ENT, Neurosurgery and Dental. Will have the opportunity to do ~10% of adults at Covenant Medical Center. Approximately 150-200 neonatal surgeries per year. OB / GYN are also performed at the hospital (Approx. 2,200 deliveries).
Compensation : $650,000 All-In Annually, 8 weeks PTO, and $100,000 Signing Bonus.

Covenant Children’s Hospital is the only dedicated free standing children's hospital in the region, with a broad trauma and referral catchment area that includes west Texas, and eastern NM.
