Responsibilities

• Documenting quality data: Recording and analyzing inspection results, identifying trends, and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Identifying and addressing quality issues: Investigating root causes of defects, proposing corrective actions, and implementing preventive measures to prevent future problems.
• Maintaining quality management systems: Ensuring adherence to established quality standards, procedures, and documentation within the manufacturing process.
• Auditing production processes: Regularly reviewing production operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Training employees on quality procedures: Educating production personnel on proper quality control practices and expectations.
• Collaborating with other departments: Working closely with engineering, production, and management to identify and resolve quality issues.
