We are seeking 8 Journeyman Electricians. They offer a competitive compensation package, company paid benefits including health insurance, 9 paid holidays and 401K.
4 DAY WORK WEEK! 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM Monday – Thursday (sometimes OT avg 5 hrs.)
The Electrician will be responsible for inspections, repairs, installations, and maintaining electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. They will ensure all work performed meets the required safety codes.
Responsibilities
- Compliance and understanding of Specifications and Drawings.
- Compliance with applicable code.
- Plan and layout new or renovation projects with minimal waste.
- Read, interpret and understand diagrams or blueprints.
- Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and components of machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
- Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
- Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment in new and existing facilities following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
- Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using testing instruments and equipment.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threader, and conduit bender.
