Position Overview: We are seeking an outgoing and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in promoting our services and building relationships within the community. Outgoing and self-starter personalities will thrive in this position, as the successful candidate must possess the ability to effectively engage with potential clients and build meaningful relationships by presenting our company's information in a compelling manner.
Responsibilities:
- Visit businesses to promote services and build relationships.
- Use online tools for marketing and recruiting.
- Recruit employees by attending job fairs, online recruiting, etc.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Attend business events to expand our reach.
- Report daily activities and expenses, and support office tasks.
- Perform all office functions including registering applicants, taking phone calls, scheduling interviews, dispatching, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Own transportation to support business visits and recruiting duties.

Pay & Benefits:
- Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with commission starting after 3 months.
- Competitive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and life insurance.

Schedule:
- Full-time internal position within our company.
- 8-hour shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Rotating on-call responsibilities after hours.
