Overview

At Amstan a division of Lixil Americas we understand manufacturing and how to move it. As the logistics arm of Lixil Corporation, a global family of brands including American Standard, GROHE, INAX, Basco, Tostem, and more, we organize and manage our lanes and utilize the capacity of our key shipper-to-shipper relationships. In fact, in addition to managing all modes of Lixil's North American outbound and inbound logistics, we also manage the logistics of a wide range of external partners, mainly in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

The Account Managers are assigned specific customers, and they assume total account ownership for those customers. You will be addressing concerns and implementing solutions for both established as well as prospective customers.

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned customer accounts :

• Negotiate rates and pricing
• Quoting, scheduling, and tracking shipment
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any account issues
• Achieve set revenue and margin goals as defined by Amstan's annual forecast
• Maintain communication with the Carrier Sales Team
• Manage any billing and rate discrepancies
• Foster and grow assigned customer accounts by providing pricing, tracking and updates, and proactive communication and identify and qualify / generate new business through referrals and contacts
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $54,000.00-$69,000.00 annually. Plus sales commission.

Salary offer to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
