The Leader, Trade Sales, Ferguson role is designed to drive sales opportunities, deliver margin objectives, and lead product line reviews in collaboration with Trade Field Sales. This key position creates, drives, and maximizes sales opportunities with Ferguson, covering all categories LIXIL offers and both residential and commercial segments.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and cultivating rapport with the Ferguson outside sales teams and other key Ferguson managers who make and influence selling decisions. Strategic agility, multi-tasking, and strong team building skills are essential to bridge the needs of Ferguson with the capabilities of LIXIL's many functions.
Requirements
Aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP are necessary. Skilled in consultative selling, customer relationship management, analysis, problem solving, communication (written and oral), and ability to influence multiple stakeholders. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with 7 years of previous strategic sales experience within plumbing.
