- Oversee daily warehouse operations, prioritizing tasks, managing workflows, and streamlining processes to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and morale.
- Support inventory management efforts, including physical counts, stockroom organization, and material handling.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Proven ability to motivate and direct teams, analyze complex issues, and develop effective solutions.
