Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels and managing stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Assist in conducting physical inventory counts, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.
- Foster a culture of safety by adhering to established protocols and procedures, reporting hazards, and participating in training initiatives.
- Support weekend work as needed, particularly during inventory Sunday events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar environment or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders safely, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to respect and collaboration.
