POSITION DEFINITION : The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the EAM strategy across Golden State Water Company. This role will ensure the effective and efficient management of the Company's physical assets to optimize performance, reduce costs, and extend asset life. A key responsibility will be overseeing the Cityworks application, ensuring its effective utilization and integration with other business processes. The EAM Manager will work closely with various departments, including Water Operations, Asset Management, and Environmental Quality to ensure alignment and integration of asset management practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develops and implements an Enterprise Asset Management strategy and framework in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of asset management programs and initiatives
- Leads the continuous improvement initiatives for the Cityworks application
- Ensures accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting related to asset performance, maintenance activities, and lifecycle costs within Cityworks
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management processes with other business functions such as operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance
- Develops and maintains asset management policies, procedures, and standards
- Manages the asset registry, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and regularly updated in Cityworks
- Conducts risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies to address potential asset-related risks
- Leads the development and execution of asset condition assessment programs
- Provides training and support to staff on EAM practices and Cityworks usage
- Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset management
- Prepares rate case testimony and provides data for General Rate Case filings with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)
- Responds to CPUC and Office of Ratepayers Advocates data requests, verbally and / or in writing
- Stays abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting asset management practices

May include but not limited to standing, climbing, walking, lifting, bending, pulling and / or pushing, grasping, reaching, stooping and crouching, sitting, typing, walking, reading, writing, color determination, speaking and listening for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to travel as required by project needs.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws. Multiple factors are used to determine the actual starting rate of pay for all of our positions, including specific skills, years of experience, education, certification(s), and other job related factors.
