Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records by logging, scanning, and filing documents.
- Manage incoming phone calls for engineering dept.
- Coordinating permits for customer’s orders with building departments nationwide
- Managing contractor licensing and business registrations
- Sending pre-engineered plans to customers via email/mail/etc.
- Answering technical questions regarding the product
- Custom product pricing
- Requesting custom engineering plans with partner firm
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company-specific software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A responsible, mature attitude towards work with a focus on reliability and education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday:
- 8 am – 5 pm
- 9 am - 6 pm
- 10 am – 7 pm
Saturday: 8-12 pm (can be mandatory)
Overtime opportunities frequently available
