Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Manage incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule installations and contact customers for follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain accurate records by counting, scanning, and filing documents.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and posting account activities.
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company-specific software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A responsible, mature attitude towards work with a focus on reliability and dedication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
