American Stone is looking to hire a full-time Outside Sales Professional to cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with all types of customers for the full range of products and solutions offered by the company, including architects, landscapers, construction contractors, and masonry professionals. Are you a dynamic, professional and energetic personality able to create, cultivate, enhance business relationships, and close sales with a variety of customers? Do you have the ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism?
This is a full-time position where you write your own paycheck, earning commissions and bonuses from the calls and visits you make. High performers are generously rewarded and top outside salespeople with experience have earned six figures in this position.

American Stone is a supplier of a wide variety of stone and related products for landscaping, masonry, construction contractors, and retail DIY customers. It all began with 2 brothers deciding to create their own success with a quarry stone. We now operate 5 retail store locations and 25 quarries throughout. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER OF OUR SALES TEAM
As a full-time outbound sales professional, you plan and execute commitment objectives and close sales. You'll spend a planned amount of time outbound of the office visiting our customers' businesses and work sites. You'll spend the balance of your time in the office, making calls to other customers, building your pipeline. You'll explain stone products, process orders, suggest up-sales You'll feel great satisfaction helping our customers accomplish their construction and landscaping projects, and beautifying the world one stone at a time. You'll accomplish goals according to your KPIs for example, maintaining customer contact within 30 days, and making visits to a least 15 customers a month.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. We are willing to advance someone who's only had inside sales experience! A great attitude is more important to us! Do you have good communication skills? SALES TEAM WORK SCHEDULE
The schedule is somewhat negotiable, but should generally be during our business hours. Saturdays are our busiest days.
