Position: Accounting Associate
Location: Indianapolis, IN (this is an on-site role)
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Accounting department. The Accounting Associate and assist with various accounting department functions.
Responsibilities
- Process New Vendor Packets
- Accounts Payable Vendor Expense recording
- Accounts Payable Check - ACH Vendor Processing
- Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Audit Employee Expense Report Receipts
- Assist with Monthly Company Visa Card Process
- Assist Accounts Receivable
- Help with other department functions
- Assist with company scanning and record keeping
- Assist with company research and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3-5 years bookkeeping and/or accounting experience (a plus)
- Strong attention to organizational details is necessary.
- Effective communication and computer skills are necessary.
- Must be a team player.
- Experience using Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Project Accounting Software is a plus.
