Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN (this is an on-site role)
Our organization is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Accounts Payable Specialist with our company. This is a newly created position to support the substantial amounts of growth in our company.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process New Vendor Packets
- Assist with maintaining current W9 files.
- Data Entry of Vendor Invoices
- Accounts Payable Check - ACH Vendor Processing
- Reconcile Vendor Statements.
- Audit Employee Expense Report Receipts
- Assist with Monthly Company Credit Card Process
- Assist with the Yearend 1099 Review
- Help with other department functions
- Assist with company scanning and record keeping.
- Assist with researching Vendor Record Discrepancies.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of previous Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to organizational details is necessary.
- Effective communication and computer skills are necessary.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have good critical thinking skills.
- Experience using Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Project Accounting Software is a plus.
