Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Indianapolis, IN (this is an on-site role, 5 days per week)

We are looking for a self-motivated, creative thinker to conceptualize and design proposals, collateral, advertisements, photography, and sales materials that consistently reflect our brand identity. You should have a strong understanding of design strategy, including layout, formatting, and production for both print and digital media.
- Design layouts incorporating text, iconography, and images to deliver a clear and engaging message
- Apply current and emerging design trends while adhering to fundamental design principles
- Work closely with writers and proposal coordinators to transform content into compelling visual graphics
- Present and articulate design concepts to internal clients and the graphic design manager
- Incorporate feedback from internal clients and the marketing director into final designs
- Review all designs for accuracy and quality before printing or publishing
- Assist in planning and directing photography to support marketing initiatives
- Candidates must have their portfolio link on their resumes in order to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience working in a design firm or creative team environment
- Strong conceptual thinker with excellent visual communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Deep understanding of both digital and print design, with a heavy focus on layout design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and initiative to meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of printing and production processes, including working with vendors and printers
- Open to constructive feedback while also confidently presenting and defending design choices
- Strong presentation, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within the Marketing Communications team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in finding multiple design solutions
- Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Industry knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with technical graphic or rendering software, such as Beyond Typicals, SketchUp, GIS software, or 3DS Max
