Responsibilities
Responsibilities in our Transportation Design Groups (Road, Bridge, Traffic)
- Contribute to roadway design through completing design calculations, roadway layouts, drainage calculations, plan production, and quantity and cost estimate takeoffs.
- 3D modeling and work with Microstation/Geopak, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Different projects of all sizes could include, Roundabouts, Urban Roads, Rural Roads, drainage improvements and Large Interstate Improvements
Qualifications
- Student majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Transportation, Hydraulics, or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
- Reliable transportation to and from office location
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things and to collaborate with a team
