American Surveillance Co., Inc. is looking for a talented individual who is self-driven, well organized, a problem solver, and able to multi-task.
Experience
- Fire/Burglar Industry
- Voice and data installers
- Apprentice Electrician
- 12 Volt system installers
Duties:
- The employee is responsible for technical diagnosis, installation, and support of Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV/ Video and/or Access Control systems installed at assigned customer locations.
- Travel to the job site and arrive on time, in professional attire commensurate with the assigned work, with all safety gear, required tools and parts.
- Diagnose system issues and advise customer of planned repair options, following established procedure regarding price, payment terms, and any required paperwork prior to work start.
- Perform assigned installations as instructed and following established codes, rules, and norms for the industry.
- Contact dispatch if help in troubleshooting or resolving the issue is required
- Follow customer specific procedures for documentation or notification as described in Customer Notes, Service Ticket, or Installation Documentation.
- All other business related tasks as assigned.

- Commercial Alarms
- Access Control (IP)
- Surveillance (IP and Analog)
- Voice/Data Termination
Cerifications:
- Valid State Driver's License
- Texas DPS Alarm Installer License
- Manufacture Certifications (VMS, Access, Control, Paging)
