Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
- Create, edit, and manage all published content (images, videos, articles) to ensure it meets brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously explore innovative ways to enhance our social media presence.
- Marketing Calendar: Calendar should be planned for two months out rolling and should include due dates. Each month should be thematic, event driven, and in large part tied into Intero Digital’s SEO/PPC campaigns to leverage maximum impact.
- 1 long-form video created and posted per week (should have 4 topics planned out for confirmation during Wednesday’s weekly meeting). Topics should be in part tied to Intero Digital’s campaigns and driven by industry, products, services, customer stories, employee/company profiles, etc. Ensure proper platform video formats are followed. These should be clearly listed on the marketing calendar with due dates.
- 4 short videos created and posted per week (to be used as YouTube Shorts and/or Instagram Reels). These should be tied-in to the long-form videos or social media campaigns. Ensure proper platform video formats are followed. These should be clearly listed on the marketing calendar with due dates.
- Social Media Posts: There should be daily posts on our company social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, etc. These posts should include topics associated with the overarching campaigns, as well as fun, engaging, and quirky content to showcase our personality as an organization. Some of these posts will require in-the-field campaigning, shooting, and filming to promote engagement. These should be listed on the marketing calendar with due dates.
- Social Media Ad Spend: Work with leadership to establish a monthly social media ads budget to promote specific posts in order to maximize impact.
- Weekly industry-targeted email blasts should be sent out to customers/industries and should be clearly listed on the marketing calendar with due dates.
- General email blasts should be sent out bi-weekly and should be clearly listed on the marketing calendar with due dates.
- Keep email contact list updated at all times.
- Problem-Solving: Must be able to approach challenges and obstacles with critical and creative thinking in order to present effective resolutions quickly.
- Other Duties As Required: The subjects listed out on this SOW should always be executed effectively and on time. Other duties and tasks may arise during meetings and should also be executed upon as required and stipulated in the meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficient in image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong aesthetic skills, attention to visual details, and ability to meet deadlines.
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field, such as Adobe Suite.
