Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced RPA UiPath Lead to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- RPA Development & Implementation :
Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Optimize and troubleshoot automation processes for performance improvements.Team Leadership & Collaboration :Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.Solution Design & Process Assessment :Analyze business processes to assess automation feasibility.
Develop end-to-end RPA solutions, including process documentation and PDD / SDD creation.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation scalability.Governance & Best Practices :Establish RPA governance frameworks and best practices.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.Maintain automation documentation and knowledge base.Required Skills & Experience :
5 years of experience in RPA development with UiPath .Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator , Studio , and Robot .Hands-on experience with REFramework and best practices.Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, SQL, and APIs for automation integration.Experience in process mining, OCR, and AI / ML-based automation is a plus.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).Preferred Certifications :
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer CertificationUiPath Solution Architect Certification (Preferred)This is a remote position.
