Job Overview
The available employment opportunity would be a salary position with no set hours. Due to volume and type of work, working hours vary from week to week depending on productions and company needs. Most work is located in the Charleston to Huntington area. However, ATR provides service to a large coverage area and travels to surrounding states when needed. Individual would oversee various audio and visual projects including but not limited to: conferences, concerts, beauty pageants, trade shows, live streaming, small rentals, installs, press conferences and more. Individual would take information provided by branch manager and would be responsible for working directly with clients, loading vans, leading setup and execution of productions and tearing down equipment while leading AV crew members. During down times employee would oversee equipment and warehouse restoration along AV Techs from large work flows.
Responsibilities
- Leading crew on setup and execution of productions along with teardown. Attend planning meetings and walkthroughs with clients and venues. Working with client on final details of production and during event on changes. Updating branch managers on production quality, addons and further requests. Upkeep on vehicles and warehouse. Recommend additional gear and work flows to help keep ATR up to date with ever changing technology.
Experience
- Moderate understanding of audio setups and operation of microphones, PA systems, laptop and track audio and etc. Be familiar with digital and analog audio boards Moderate understanding of video setups and operations of cameras, laptops, projectors, LED wall and etc. Familiar with video switching software and hardware Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel along with other presentation software such as Keynote Excellent customer services Excellent leadership skills Excellent communication skills
