- Operational Leadership :
Oversee day-to-day stockroom operations, ensuring efficient processing and accuracy of garment inventory.
Lead, supervise, and coach stockroom staff to foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
Manage inventory processes including receiving, tracking, and distribution using barcode scanners and RFID technology.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare daily reports, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper documentation for audits.

Education :
High School diploma or equivalent.
Additional business or management coursework / experience preferred.
A college degree is not required but would be a plus.
Skills :
Minimum of 3 years of business management experience in a production environment.
Strong supervisory and management skills.
Experience in inventory control, receiving, storage, replenishment, and disposition.
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to comprehend and follow directions.
Proficient in basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles is a plus.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
Physical :
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Capability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and physically demanding environment.
Ability to climb up and down ladders
